Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase and carry over within that window.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase a credit pack to top up your account instantly, or wait until your plan resets at the start of the next billing cycle. Your existing projects and exports remain accessible.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you explore Lore with 10 generations per month at no cost. There is no time-limited trial, but you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact our support team and we'll make it right.
