Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 3, 2026
At Novella AI, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), our refund policy is governed by our Terms of Use and is designed to reflect the immediate costs associated with generative AI processing.
No Refunds for Subscriptions: You will not receive a refund for subscription periods or services for which you have already paid. If you terminate your paid account, you will not be charged for future months or years, but existing payments are final.
AI Credits: All AI Credits provided under a subscription or purchased separately are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable with a 1 year expiration from date of purchase.
Mobile App Subscriptions:
Apple App Store: Managed by Apple; users must turn off auto-renew in their iTunes settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Google Play Store: Managed by Google; auto-renewal must be turned off in Google Play Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the billing period ends.
Billing Disputes: You must notify the Company of any disputed charges within thirty (30) days of the billing date.
Disclaimer of Satisfaction: As a reseller of third-party AI models (via Fal.AI) and storage (via Backblaze), we do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the quality of AI-generated content or if these third-party services experience downtime.
